sportjl Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating an account or using any services on the sportjl platform. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and sportjl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at sportjl.app and all associated services, games, and features provided therein.
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the sportjl platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. sportjl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility and Age Limit
Use of the sportjl platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not acting on behalf of a third party and are using your own funds for any transactions.
- You have not previously been excluded from or had an account suspended on the sportjl platform.
sportjl does not knowingly permit minors to register or participate in any gaming activities. If we become aware that an underage individual has created an account, we will terminate that account immediately and any winnings will be forfeited. We may require documentation to verify your age and identity at any time.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access most features of the sportjl platform, you must register and maintain a valid account. Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person. sportjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact us immediately at [email protected]. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your sportjl account and updating it regularly.
4. User Obligations and Responsibilities
As a registered user of sportjl, you agree at all times to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Provide truthful and accurate information when requested by the platform.
- Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any feature, promotion, or game on the platform.
- Not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity.
- Not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform.
- Respect the rights of other users and staff, and not engage in abusive, threatening, or harmful communication.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction related to online gaming.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the sportjl platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your deposits are made from payment methods registered in your own name.
Deposits are processed through payment channels made available on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. sportjl does not accept deposits from third parties or from payment sources not verified to belong to the account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the platform and subject to the selected payment method. sportjl reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Any funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be held pending investigation.
sportjl does not guarantee that all payment methods will be available at all times. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
6. Limitation of Liability
The sportjl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sportjl and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from gaming activity, including but not limited to losses from sports betting, slot games, bingo, or live casino.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
- Decisions made by users based on information displayed on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
sportjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- A user has violated these Terms or any other platform policy.
- Fraudulent, collusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
- An account has been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable law regarding dormant account balances.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the user through the original payment method, subject to our verification procedures. Bonuses and promotional credits are generally non-withdrawable upon account closure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the sportjl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and interface design — is the property of sportjl or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of sportjl.
9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
sportjl may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to users. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the sportjl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
